For large events, a registration coordinator greets participants, keeps events efficient, and manages walk-ins. Participants can download flu vouchers from our participant portal to visit one of our retail partners.

Flu vaccines

Labcorp offers the seasonal influenza trivalent vaccine which contains two influenza A viruses and one influenza B virus, designed to protect you against three different flu viruses.

Consistent client success management

 A dedicated Client Success Manager takes care of all the details, from coordinating staff to ensuring all supplies arrive on site. By serving as a single vendor for flu, biometric screening and COVID-19 services, we reduce the hassle for our clients.

Claims billing

Your Client Success Manager will also work directly with you to make the billing process seamless, including billing through claims.

Strategic promotion

Our team knows how to promote flu vaccination to your workforce. We have a ready-to-go set of communications specifically aimed at increasing engagement, with ways to customize the materials and Spanish communications available.

Quality staffing

Our on-site staffing team carefully vets all staff based on their skills and experience, including a background check, confirmation of their license and experience. We exclusively use LPNs/LVNs, RNs and other appropriately credentialed health professionals.

Consent and reporting

We provide a standard participant Consent and Release form, along with a CDC Flu Fact Sheet. At the end of the event, we can provide participation reporting, if needed. Our portal also allows participants to download proof of vaccination.
