Billing Support for Providers

Patients may call the toll-free telephone number for Patient Billing at 800-845-6167.

You can pay your client invoice by accessing the client bill center. You will need to register for Labcorp Link^TM to use the client bill center. To register, click here.

Patients may make a payment using one of the following methods:

• Your patient can make payments online at Labcorp.com under the Bill Pay section. 
• They can call the automated voice response system at 800-845-6167, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Patients can mail payments to the address shown on their bill. Please remind them to attach the stub from their bill when mailing in a payment. If paying by check, include the 8-digit invoice number on the check.
• Patients may also make a payment in person at any of Labcorp’s lab locations (patient service centers).

Note: Labcorp is not affiliated with any company that offers invoice payment services, such as Doxo.com. You can pay your invoice directly to Labcorp without incurring any payment service fee that might be charged by a bill payer service. Labcorp is not responsible for any fees that you may incur in using a payment service.
