Staying on top of recommended lab tests is one of the simplest ways to identify potential health problems and monitor ongoing health concerns. Labcorp’s self-collected tests may be provided by your doctor, employer, health plan, or may be self-ordered. Take comfort in knowing you’ll receive high-quality testing and timely results sent to you and your provider. A1c + eAG diabetes screening

This test can help identify and monitor diabetes by testing A1c and eAG, which measure of your average blood sugar levels over the last 8-12 weeks.  This kit uses a self-collected blood sample. 

ColoFIT colorectal cancer screening

The ColoFITTM kit makes colon cancer screening a simple and private process. Using a self-collected sample, ColoFIT looks for abnormalities that might mean precancerous or cancerous changes are happening in your colon.

COVID

Our COVID-19 PCR at-home collection test kit uses a nasal swab to find out if you have COVID-19. This is not a rapid test and will need to be shipped back to our lab for processing.

COVID + Flu + RSV

This combination PCR test is used to find out if you have COVID-19, flu, or RSV, all with one self-collected nasal swab. This is not a rapid test and will need to be shipped back to our lab for processing. 

Kidney stone prevention

The Litholink 24-hour urine test can help your physician understand the underlying cause of kidney stones to help prevent them in the future. 

Lab in an envelope

Lab in an Envelope uses dried blood specimens, collected using a fingerstick method, to make screening tests more widely available in remote areas or to widely dispersed populations (like company employees). Available Lab in an Envelope tests include total cholesterol, lipid, CRP, ALT, HbA1c, PSA, creatinine, testosterone, cotinine, TSH and BUN.

Mpox

This kit is a convenient and private way to test for Mpox, previously known as monkeypox. The sample is collected at home using a swab of the lesion.

uACR + eGFR kidney health screening

This combination kit tests for two important measures of kidney health. The uACR test uses a simple urine sample, and the eGFR test uses a self-collected blood sample Together, these tests provide important information about how well your kidneys are working. The uACR and eGFR tests may be completed together or individually.
