Use

Ribosomal P antibodies (RPPA) are detected in 45-90% of patients with severe depression or psychosis due to SLE; 7-20% in non-psychotic SLE patients. RPPA are ocasionally found in Sjorgen's syndrome associated with SLE and CNS complications and uncommon in patients with scleroderma and overlap with SLE.
