Use
Detect the presence of circulating pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid antibodies in sera. Intracellular antibodies are present in 85% to 90% of pemphigus patients and specific basement membrane antibodies are present in 70% to 80% of patients with bullous pemphigoid.
