Use
This test is used for quantitative determination of the von Willebrand factor-GPIb activity and can be used as an aid in the evaluation of patients with suspected or confirmed von Willebrand factor disorders.

Collection Instructions
Venipuncture with conservative tourniquet use; centrifuge whole blood to obtain platelet-poor plasma. Transfer plasma into a plastic transport tube. Freeze at -70°C.
