Strategies to address above-the-limit-of-quantitation results when samples are depleted

WRIB 2025 -- Here we describe two potential approaches for situations where a study sample is above the limit of quantitation and depleted. These approaches could be validated as part of methods to support good laboratory practice (GLP) studies in a straightforward fashion, in a manner similar to how dilution quality control performance is currently validated in a routine fashion. These approaches may be of considerable utility for studies yielding samples with very low volume and/or for studies where quantitation of compound(s) of interest in rare matrices are needed to support the study goals.
