Dr. Christèle Gonneau graduated with a BS in molecular biology from the Florida Institute of Technology (U.S.) and an MS in human reproductive biology from Imperial College London (U.K.). She then specialized in the field of stem cell biology and completed her PhD at the University of Edinburgh (U.K.) and her four years of postdoctoral training at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland).
Christèle joined Labcorp Central Laboratory Services in July 2014 as a staff scientist in flow cytometry and has been a lead scientist since April 2018. In her current role, she leads the development and validation of new flow cytometry assays to be used for global clinical trials. For example, she has worked intensively on the validation of minimal residual disease applications for the flow cytometry department. She also supervises the flow cytometry scientific team and works closely with the operational teams on scientific troubleshooting, global harmonization and instrument standardization projects. Christèle is an active member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) Flow Cytometry Action Program Committee and has published multiple articles focused on flow cytometry in Bioanalysis Journal and The AAPS Journal over the past few years.
