Alexandre Fort, PhD

Dr. Alexandre Fort joined Labcorp Central Laboratory Services in 2017, bringing more than 15 years of fundamental and clinical genomics research experience. Alexandre has an extensive experience as a research scientist in the field of medical genetics, human genomics and transcriptomics. He is also an author of more than 20 peered-reviewed scientific publications and presentations.

Alexandre received his PhD in biological sciences from the University of Geneva (Switzerland), completed his postdoctorate studies at the Laboratory for Transcriptome Technology of the RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences in Yokohama (Japan) and is currently leading the assay validation team of the genomics department at Labcorp’s central laboratory in Geneva.
